We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns made after 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. Returns past 90 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your online return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gifts:
If you received a gift and would like to make an exchange please follow the return instructions above. Your order number can be found on the packing slip included in your package. You have 30 days to return your gift item for store credit.
Please note:
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Pacifier clips, teethers, headbands and hair bows and gift cards are not able to be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Car seats, strollers and any other products ordered directly from the manufacturer cannot be returned. Please note – many of our items from UPPAbaby, Stokke etc. are custom orders and cannot be returned or canceled.
All sale items ending in $.98 are final sale.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
